Aberry 계정 삭제 안내

Aberry 계정은 언제든지 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다. 계정을 삭제하면 아래 “삭제되는 데이터”가 즉시 삭제되며, 삭제된 계정은 복구할 수 없습니다. 문의는 support@aberry.ai 로 보내주세요.
방법 1. 앱에서 직접 삭제
- iOS·Android 앱: 설정 > 계정 > 계정 삭제
- 웹: aberry.ai/account 하단 “계정 삭제”
- PC 앱: 설정 > 계정 > 계정 삭제
확인 창에 “삭제”를 입력하고 확인하면 즉시 처리됩니다. 팀을 소유하고 있다면 먼저 팀을 다른 멤버에게 이전하거나 해산한 뒤 삭제할 수 있습니다.
방법 2. 이메일로 요청
앱에 접근할 수 없는 경우 support@aberry.ai 로 가입한 이메일 주소를 적어 보내주세요. 본인 확인 후 영업일 기준 7일 이내에 처리하고 결과를 회신합니다.
삭제되는 데이터 (즉시)
- 계정·프로필 (이름, 이메일, 프로필 사진)
- 연결한 AI 계정 정보
- 대화·메시지·첨부 파일
- 지식창고 내용
- 베리 설정과 작업 기록
- 알림(푸시) 토큰
보관되는 데이터
- 관련 법령(전자상거래법 등)에 따라 보관 의무가 있는 결제·거래 기록은 법정 기간(5년) 동안 분리 보관한 뒤 파기합니다.
- 부정 이용 방지를 위한 신고 처리 기록은 최대 1년 보관한 뒤 파기합니다.

계정을 삭제하지 않고 일부 데이터만 지우기
계정을 유지한 채 일부 데이터만 지울 수도 있습니다. 대화방 삭제·나가기, 지식창고 항목 삭제는 앱 안에서 바로 할 수 있습니다.
How to delete your Aberry account

- In the app: iOS/Android app → Settings > Account > Delete account. Web → aberry.ai/account, “Delete account” at the bottom. Desktop app → Settings > Account > Delete account. Type “삭제” to confirm; deletion is processed immediately. Team owners must transfer or dissolve their team first.
- By email: send your sign-up email address to support@aberry.ai. After identity verification we process the request within 7 business days.
- Deleted immediately: account and profile (name, email, profile photo), connected AI account details, conversations, messages and attachments, knowledge vault content, Berry settings and task history, push notification tokens.
- Retained: payment and transaction records required by law (e.g. the Korean E-Commerce Act) are kept separately for the statutory period (5 years) and then destroyed; abuse-report handling records are kept for up to 1 year and then destroyed.
- Partial deletion: you can delete or leave chat rooms and delete knowledge vault items inside the app without deleting your account.
